Studies indicate that a good leader is one who carries out certain activities to the satisfaction of their followers (Darling et al 2012). From a representative perspective, a great leader is one whose activities have an impact on the accomplishment of goals and in the meantime deals with the welfare of the workers. The leadership attributes of Sir Richard Branson. Sir Richard Branson was born in eighteenth July of 1950 in England to Edward and eve Branson. Provision for personal growth. Through the programs, personal growth in the organization is enhanced thus increasing the lifespan of employment in the organization reducing the employee turnover in that process. 3. Improvement in decision making. The decisions that are made by the managers in an organization determine the success of an organization. The program equips a manager with the right decision making skills for proper customer relations, in relation to suppliers as well as the employees (Malakyan, 2014). 4. To cope with the changing business environment. Change is inevitable in a dynamic business environment. To cope with the changing trends managers need the management development programs for them to have a proper analysis of the changing trends and make the right decisions (Malakyan, 2014). 5. To enhance teamwork. Teamwork is very important in an organization. The management development programs brings into play cooperation and a binding teamwork that will create mutual trust for the good of the organization (Bischoff, 2007). This strategy depends on oral presentation of learning materials. Managers learn experience and abilities conveyed by specialists in their areas.
