Applicability of 7P’s of Marketing The tour itinerary has been designed and developed in such a manner that the different aspects of service element are considered. This will ensure that the business is able to provide better customer services and will also be able to develop strategies to deal with it in a better manner. This itinerary has also looked towards developing the total strategy which looks into the different aspect of marketing so that customer satisfaction can be enhanced (Buckstein, 2010). This is seen from the applicability and designing of the customers services based on different parameters. Product: The tour planning has been designed in such a manner that it meets the requirements of the customers. The entire planning has been such that customer requirements have been looked into. Since, they are a honeymoon couple who are looking for their honeymoon package it has been ensured that they are provided more leisure time which they can spend between themselves. This will help them to develop their bonding relationship and will ensure that the overall product i.e. the tour itinerary provides maximum satisfaction (Mohr-McKenzie & Smith, 1999). Thus, the development of the product has looked into developing the services can be better developed and their customer satisfaction can be enhanced. Price: This is an aspect which has been considered while designing the package. Steps have been taken to ensure that the price charged by the tour operator for the tour matches the customers’ ability to pay. The package has been designed keeping this in mind and the package has been developed accordingly. An advantage here is that the prices can be adjusted and changed if the customer doesn’t find it suitable. This would mean either upgrading or downgrading the hotels and car (Macher & Richman, 2004). This will thereby ensure that the provided budget for the package matches the requirements of the customers and are able to provide them with maximum satisfaction they are looking for. Place: The package tour has been made keeping in mind the different places that are famous and will provide the couple with an awesome experience. The places selected have been such that it provides them a romantic experience and makes the honeymoon couple enjoy their time to the fullest. To ensure it the places that have been selected are romantic and steps have been taken in designing their itinerary where the couple find time to relax and spend together. This in addition to the places that have been selected will magnify their interest and will ensure that the customers are able to enjoy their trip to the fullest. Process: The tour has been designed and processed in a manner that it provides the couple an opportunity to see new and beautiful places at the same time enjoy the different locations. Also, the design that has gone in developing the process has ensured that the customers are provided with complete satisfaction as the entire process looks towards enhanced customer satisfaction (Robin & Susan, 2003). The process also looks towards providing the required privacy and private time for the couple to enjoy each other company. Along with it the designing has been such that it allows the couple to ensure that their trip provides them fun and the different elements they were looking for. People: The package has also been designed and developed in a manner that looks towards quality service. The involvement of people at different spheres and their contribution towards the services of the customers will ensure maximum satisfaction. It has been ensured that the couples have their private space as well as people are there to ensure that they don’t have to stand in queue. (Frambach, Prabhu and Verhallen, 2003) In addition to it steps have been taken to develop the overall structure of their stay in such a manner that the involvement of different people at all levels helps to multiply the satisfaction level of the couples and ensures that they have a pleasant stay. Thus, the package which has been designed for the couples looks into different aspect of the 7P’s of marketing which will help to magnify the experience of the customers and ensure that they have a pleasant stay and enjoy there trip to the maximum possible extent.
