There have however been doubts that the effects of the policies put in place only work at impoverishing the poor and enriching the rich in the world.

Some people see it also as devastating to the environment. Marketing policies enable Australian business to experience international and open entrepreneurship that is instrumental in the providence of substantial and diverse products from the immense to the modest and local customers. Business outsourcing is another very important achievement of globalization in third world countries. There has been an enhancement of business process outsourcing and this has led to the creation of myriad jobs as well as subsequent employment to the many unemployed citizens.

The process of implementing globalization can be costly especially if it is in terms of a business venture but the results on several occasions are advantageous. Australia is a developed country and when looking into the marketing policies involved, it has experienced growth highly. The business process outsourcing wave highly encompasses the Indian job vacancies and markets. It has also highly increased the rate of employment in Australia (Trapp, 2009).
